You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
This timeframe allows you sufficient time to evaluate the product, to decide if it meets your expectations and to possibly initiate a return.

Return processing times
The returns processing includes the following steps:
- Return request processing (approximately 3 business days): Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with all the necessary instructions to return the item.
- Inspection and verification (approximately 5 working days): upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect and verify its condition.
- Refunds/Exchanges: After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange request the same day. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, and exchanges will be processed quickly so you receive the desired item as soon as possible.
Note: Refunds can take up to 3 to 5 business days to appear in your account. This timeframe depends on bank processing times.
Conditions for returns
From the date of your return or refund request, you have 14 calendar days to return the product(s) in question. Return shipping costs are covered by us, and we will therefore provide you with the shipping label by email to affix to your package.
Items must be in their original condition, unused and free from any damage or wear. They must be accompanied by their complete original packaging, including labels and accessories.
We advise you to carefully pack the items to be returned.
Products not covered by our return policy:
- Any product modified after delivery cannot be returned.
- Items showing signs of misuse, damage or wear cannot be returned.
- Personalized items are not eligible for return, except in the case of a clear manufacturing defect.
