Delivery to a collection point: at the Post Office, at a Pickup relay point, at a Pickup locker within 24/48 hours.

Our indicative processing times are in addition to shipping times. We generally process your orders within 3 days, except in exceptional circumstances that may cause potential delays (high order volume, accidents, etc.) and for personalized orders, for which the processing times are indicated on the quote we send you.

Before receiving your order, and excluding custom orders, you can request its cancellation via our contact form. No cancellation by the customer of a custom order after production has commenced shall entitle the customer to a refund of any sums paid.

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return, in particular via the contact form. This right does not apply to personalized orders.

We cover the cost of return shipping and will provide you with a return shipping label for this purpose. The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be processed within 14 days of our receipt of the returned products.

That is entirely feasible. Given the wide range of potential colors and to ensure the highest possible leather quality, we work with vegetable-tanned leather that has undergone no color treatment, which we then dye according to your specifications.
