Customization requests
Currently, we offer various customization services: size customization, customization of metal finishes, and the creation of fully customized orders.
Customizing the size
Can't find your size among our products? Don't worry, we're currently working on expanding our product ranges to offer a wider variety of sizes to meet the needs of as many customers as possible. As this is a costly and lengthy process, we are offering a custom sizing service on request in the meantime.
Customizing metallic finishes
The choice to use silvery metal is a purely personal preference, which is no reason to disappoint those who love other finish colors! For certain steel accessories (rivets, collar buttons, rings, chains, etc.), we can offer variations in finish upon request, including golden finish, subject to availability from our suppliers.
Unique, fully personalized creations
Do you want a unique accessory or piece of jewelry, created from scratch according to your specifications? Whether you have a very precise idea about it or just a starting point for inspiration, we are happy to discuss it with you.
Making a customization request: how does it work in detail?
The first step is to send us a customization request, either via the contact form or by email to the following address: contact.whitecrowleather@gmail.com
For size or finish customization, please specify in your message the full name of the product you wish to personalize (for example, "Paladin choker") as well as the type of customization desired (size, finish color, or both!). Regarding price, there will be no surprises; it will be the same as the price displayed in our store for the same model, excluding any promotions.
For a custom project, please provide as much information as possible about your requirements in your initial message. You can even email us inspirational images as examples (inspiration only; we do not plagiarize other people's work!). This type of customization request is always carried out in close collaboration with the client to best meet their vision and budget.
In all cases, after your request has been accepted, we will send you a quote by email for your project. For unique creations, we can also include preliminary sketches with this quote. Our quotes are valid for one month.
All customization requests are processed chronologically, and the production time may vary depending on several factors (order volume, material availability from our suppliers, complexity of the request). We therefore provide you with an estimated delivery date that takes these different elements into account.
If you are satisfied with the quote, please return it to us by email within the specified timeframe, signed and marked "read and approved, agreed". We will then send you a secure payment link by email.
For custom sizes and/or finishes, full payment (product price + shipping costs) is required upon conclusion of the agreement. For unique creations, we require a 30% deposit of the final price to cover material costs and preparatory work. The remaining balance, including shipping costs, is due upon shipment.
Once we receive your payment, your request is considered validated and we get to work!
We review all customization requests. However, we reserve the right to refuse them without providing justification, particularly if they would contravene our work ethics.
